Verizon rep found a mysterious charge on my phone bill today from Network Assurance. She nor I knew what it was for. It was labeled 'Fax Monthly Svc Fee' for $14.95 being charged to my account for nine (9) months. When I called Billing Questions line I was told that my email account had registered on a website 'mysweepstakesgiveaway.com'.
