I went to Christa at Next level and asked her to cut long layers into my shoulder length hair. I also wanted some streaks throughout. She roughly applied the dye scratching the back of neck several times. The end resut- she butchered my hair cutting more than half of it off in many parts. It looks like a five year old did it.Every piec of hair is a different length. I was devastated, but too polite to say anything. She actually left me with a mullet in the back. Now my front hairline looks like it is falling out. And the dye job was terrible with at least three different wrong colors in it. She featherd it to my face like I was a 60 yr. old and told me it would grow into long layers- grow into long layers? It was already long! She then charged me $120.00. I have been devastated ever since. Better for her that I complain here and not to the cosmetology board like I started to. Iwill never go to another hair salon EVER.
