I went to Christa at Next level and asked her to cut long layers into my shoulder length hair. I also wanted some streaks throughout. She roughly applied the dye scratching the back of neck several times. The end resut- she butchered my hair cutting more than half of it off in many parts. It looks like a five year old did it.Every piec of hair is a different length. I was devastated, but too polite to say anything. She actually left me with a mullet in the back. Now my front hairline looks like it is falling out. And the dye job was terrible... read full review »
