Symantec,

I was fraudulently charge an amount on my visa account as follows: 1/25/2010 1/23/2010 DRI*SYMANTEC myord.com/symMN $74.77
I was promised that I would not be charged for this upgrade to my security system on my computer. I am an elderly person and currently out of the country. The operator I talked with assured me I would not be charged. Why then the charge against my visa account? I was on line with this person for 1.5 hours before I was finally able to get her to download the software. She actually had to take charge of my computer in order to do so. Please reverse that charge and advise me that it is done.
