Symantec, I was fraudulently charge an amount on my visa account as follows: 1/25/2010 1/23/2010 DRI*SYMANTEC myord.com/symMN $74.77 I was promised that I would not be charged for this upgrade to my security system on my computer. I am an elderly person and currently out of the country. The operator I talked with assured me I would not be charged. Why then the charge against my visa account? I was on line with this person for 1.5 hours before I was finally able to get her to download the software. She actually had to take charge of my computer in order to do so.
