On 4/19/09 I was considered disqualified for unemployment benefits and billed for benefits overpaid. I appealed this decision and won the appeal on 6/7/10. In the interim I was re-certified for unemployment and continued to make claims for benefits. Each time I filed a claim the money I was to receive was taken from me and applied towards benfits they said I was overpaid. Since I won the appeal that money they took from me should be refunded back to me. I have not received a "Summary of Account" either since winnng the appeal. I received a statement every month showing what I owed and what I paid back. 7/1/10 was the last statement I received. It is now almost November, where is my money? I've reached out to the Dept of Labor, my local unemployment office, the senator and the governor. Still nothing.
