On 4/19/09 I was considered disqualified for unemployment benefits and billed for benefits overpaid. I appealed this decision and won the appeal on 6/7/10. In the interim I was re-certified for unemployment and continued to make claims for benefits. Each time I filed a claim the money I was to receive was taken from me and applied towards benfits they said I was overpaid.
