Instrument purchase on 9-2-2011 from Prachi Communication-Ahmedabad vide bill 41 dated 9th.Model No.2690 .On 5th May Phone got dead.
It was checked at above service centre, who kept the instrument with them for3/4 hrs and delivered back saying that it was minor software problem-again same day it was dead. On 6th again the instrument was given & got it back with same comments. It was however not operative.Since I was to travel out, the instruiment was kept in lock & key-On return I again approached the service centre-it was taken vide their Job Sheet No.647504867/1105119/30 dt 19th may. Now they say that there was some liquid and asked for charges of Rs.125.00
This was agreed but by evening they told that charges would be Rs.850.00+ Please note there is no chance of any liquid going inside at my end-it has to be at service centre where instrument was fror a long period.If therew was liquid inside why they had not informed at first place.
