Instrument purchase on 9-2-2011 from Prachi Communication-Ahmedabad vide bill 41 dated 9th.Model No.2690 .On 5th May Phone got dead. It was checked at above service centre, who kept the instrument with them for3/4 hrs and delivered back saying that it was minor software problem-again same day it was dead. On 6th again the instrument was given & got it back with same comments.
