i bought a nokia E63 on 12.07.09.By 24.07.09 the camera stopped working.i gave it to nokia care and i was told that the software had become outdated.how can a software become outdated in 10 days which can lead to the camera not functioning??? after that i was told that i will get the cell back within two hours. i got it back after several hours of waiting. when i got it back the problem was the same.i was told by the nokia people that i should stop using the internet through my cell.
how can they say such a thing??this serves the purpose of internet.
i have again submitted my cell for the repair and according to them i will recieve it back on 17.08.09. my job card number-144433527/090806/14.
i have no hope and i have lost my trust on nokia.i would recommend my friends not to buy a nokia cell.
and also if i dont get back my cell in proper condition i will take this matter to court.
