I took my phone to Nokia Gateway for repairs on the 01/05/2009, i told the guys to check my outside screen it was not coming on only the inside screen was coming on, they checked the phone and told me it needed a software upgrade and its under warranty ...i also asked them to give me a quote on changing the whole housing, they sent me an sms after a month telling me about the quote, I told them its fine they must not change the house, they must just do the software upgrade since then i kept on calling and getting one story that they busy with the phone up until i callled end of July i was told to call Nokia Johannesburg on an 086 number the phone was sent to them...when i called them they told me they still investigating the matter, On the 20/08/2009 i called Nokia Gate they told me i should come pick up the phone on Friday it will be ready..I could not go becuase i was busy, i then called them on the 24/08/2009 they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes then told me my phone was not ready, they still busy with it, when i asked them when did it come back from JHB response was i never went to JHB instead phone has a physical damage, why did they wait for four months to tell me that..If it has physical damage if should have been given to me from the word go...the consultant at Nokia Gateway are rude, incompitant ...can not do their job.
