I took my phone to Nokia Gateway for repairs on the 01/05/2009, i told the guys to check my outside screen it was not coming on only the inside screen was coming on, they checked the phone and told me it needed a software upgrade and its under warranty ...i also asked them to give me a quote on changing the whole housing, they sent me an sms after a month telling me about the quote, I told them its fine they must not change the house, they must just do the software upgrade since then i kept on calling and getting one story that they busy with... read full review »
