Prize Enquiery
I received an e-mail advising me of a winning amount of 117, 000.00 GBP. I was advised to contact a courier company.
I would like to know if this is a scam or not. It seems all very legitimate with phone number, fax numbers, e-mail addresses all provided, but I need to know if this is at all genuine or have I been scammed.
The contact at Nokia is Dr Mark Cole.

cell number awards
my complaints is that, i was sent a message to my mobile number (+2348055165890) that my cell number is awarded the sum of 172, 000 british pounds by Nokia United kingdom, the ref. no. is 55WT/66, the email they gave me for confirmation is [email protected] for claims. pls i just want to know if this is a scam.

promotion winning
I got an sms from a Nokia promotional that said i won R95 000 and u i was given the ticket number. it also said i must call 2783206436 to activate my claim(between 8am to 6pm).
let me no if it is a scam or not.

5 weeks and phone repair not even begun
On the 25th of September I gave in my Nokia Music Express 5800 for repair. I was told by the technician that they do not have the part in stock and it would be ordered that Monday. I was also informed that the delivery should be within the next week or two. After no feedback regarding the status of my phone repair, I phoned Autopage on the 23rd of October to get an update only to hear that the part still hasn't arrived and that they could not follow up for me at the time (it was a Friday and it was 12:50) because the person they correspond with from Nokia wasn't in and they could only follow up on Monday as it was not possible (reason not given) to follow up on a Saturday. I asked them to follow up and see if there isn't someone else at Nokia to help them only to be told that they can only follow up on ordered parts between 9 and 12 in the morning.
There was NO attempt to reassure me as a client that I am a priority to them. There was NO commitment from them as a SERVICE PROVIDER. This is NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE.
I was told Autopage was the only repair shop accredited by Nokia to repair their cellphones and I also want to hear from Nokia regarding this issue.

Damaged new handset with sofware issues
Repair Account: 490440 - Received my new Nokia E75 - I'm on the 3rd highest package, by MTN -After tested by the technician at Norhtgate it was established, handset is faulty (software upgrade needed)? This on a brand new phone? I was told, it is my problem, it will take 4 weeks for my phone to be repaired - once again, new phone with software problems and this is my problem? No loan phone was available, I caused a scene, due to the fact that I am a Client Liaison Officer for all the Corporate Clients in the Medical Industry, and are resposible for a client base of 5 000 members per month (set client base), I explained that I need a phone - after an 1 12 hour debate, I eventually got issued with a loan phone, a Model 1200, after paying an amount of average R1, 100 per month for my cell phone contract! Ridiculous! I booked my phone in at MTN Northgate Shopping Centre, Job Card: NTHGT 1834468 on 08 October 2009, I was guaranteed, due to the nature of my profession and account, they will mark it 'priority' and I will receive my phone within a week! Iit is 26 October - 8 days later? No feedback and definitely NO PHONE! Whose problem is this? I have no faith in NOKIA anymore!

Nokia care service is pathetic and non exsistent
I handed my phone in for repairs after the LCD screen broke, I handed it in the 3rd of October 2009, after no feedback about the phone and awaiting a quatation I phoned on the 13th of October 2009 to follow it up. I then spoke to Erica and she would have followed it up after I gave her the go ahed and she read me the quote. I am still awaiting reply and today I again followed it up and they will let me know of the status of my repair. However I am afraid that they wont respond whatsoever. This to me is unacceptable as I need a mobile phone for business...
