defect in the phone
My Nokia mobile 3110c has reached a miserable state.It has been a threat since i have purchased it.Constant malfunctioning occurs in my handset.I purchased my mobile on January 1st, 2009 and since it has been to Nokia care center every now and then.The various problems occurring are as follows
1.phone switch off automatically
2.messages are deleted regularly
3.applications corrupt constantly

As i belong to a middle class family, i cannot afford any further expenses, nor i can buy a new phone.So you are requested to take necessary action.

Returned my mobile phone unrepaired
On 11th of august 2010 i took my moblie to fonz unlimited due to the problem in browser and bluetooth .they call me after 2 hours and when i went there on their call then they returned my mobile unrepaired and when i asked them that this mobile is still not working then they asked me to come on 12th aug and when i went there on 12th aug they told as that they are not able to repair my set and they will send this to headoffice and they call me on 2nd september 2010.i don't think that your office contain any trained technicians (as before also my another set of nokia took 1 month to repair that too two times in the same office i am completely unsatisfied with your service provider).

I lost all my valuable business contacts and records because of phones defect
I hereby inform you that I have purchased my NOKIA handset N 6700, From M / S Shital Communication, VAPI, Gujarat vide bill number 809 dated 21st of December 2009. I came across the first problem in my handset in the month of early May 2010. My mobile became totally void that could not be switched on. I lost all my valuable business contacts and records. I handed over my mobile to M / S Shital Communication for repairing and got back the hand set almost after 10 days. I was informed that there was a severe problem in the software and that was subsequently fixed by NOKIA New Delhi office.

After this first problem, it became a routine to experience new problems almost every week. Sometime the handset got hanged; many times the mobile got switched off automatically while the conversation was on, sometimes the mobile showed nil battery after the full charging of the instrument. The latest problem that I have been experiencing now is “ No caller’s name in display while receiving the incoming calls”. Because of this problem I need to receive all my incoming calls even during roaming. Also in the massaging system either ABC or abc format is available for typing. There is no option for Abc format. I dread how many new problems I will see in the coming time!

I am working in Micro Inks Limited (hubergroup of Companies, Germany ), Vapi as Deputy General Manager. The unreliable performance of my mobile totally disturbs my work schedule. Because of the nature of my job I need to visit many of the Indian and International cities very frequently. I faced a lot of difficulties due to my mobile problem while on tour.

I hereby strongly suggest of replacing my mobile handset with a new one ( of different model ) and also ensure that such problem do not creep up in future and that our faith in NOKIA remains undaunted.

The phone is not repaired properly and they take a lot of time to delivery the phone to the customers and the service also not good.

poor service
hey,
I am vinay and I am having display problem with my 5800 as its screen used to get blurred while locking and unlocking. I had given it for servicing about 2 and a half months ago but the proble has arised again as the warranty period for servicing was only for 2 months so kindly do something about it . My IMEI number is354182022933038. It is my humble request to nokia that please suggest something and help me.

bad working
my nokia 5130 xpress is such a sucker.bought it on july 28 2009 had got so many problems till now, , ,
once keypaddidnit work, hundreds of times times it switched off during operation.wen i hadgiven it to nokia care, , they are such irresponsible about customers.now again the keypad is not working, warranty is rs over.they sasy there is a problem inI.C.it costs 650rs.why should nokia sell such cells which cannot work for atleast one year properly?in my mind nokia lost its trust, i think this is a market technique for them.i advice people not to buy those nokia x series phones

I received an sms saying the following:

Congratulation!! Your no. Was among the lucky winners on the NOKIA YEARLY PROMOTION. You won, R95, 000. Ticket no. 0166P. Call Mr. Paul Benson 0784260545. For Your Cash Prize. Call from 8 am to 6pm.
The message was sent from the number +027735230213

I actually fell for this and called. ''Paul Benson'' answered and congratulated me and asked for the ticket number and my cellnumber and then asked that I call back in 5 minutes. Stupid me did that.
After 5 minutes I spoke to him again and he asked whether I prefer the R95 000 to be paid into my bank account or if I wanted a cheque? I gave him my bank details - stupid again - but not the correct initials, etc. He did not even ask for a bank code. Then he told me that I should go to the nearest Shoprite and purchase MTN airtime for R180 times 3. I found that weird and started questioning him. I'm not only NOT with MTN, I also don't agree with paying for prizes. He couldn't answer my questions and after I called him corrupt, he cut me off.
The good thing is that my bank account is always empty, ha! ha!
