NOKIA NEW YEAR MOBILE PROMO
Dear Miss/Mr
I was in Dubai for one week and received this text on my UAE mobile (CONGRATS: YOUR MOBILE NUMBER HAS WON FOR YOU THE SUM OF GBP 415000 POUNDS ON THIS YEAR NOKIA PROMO, FOR CLAIMS EMAIL: [email protected] and call +44704574049)
so I called and a man confirmed this text and advices me to e-mail my details information along with the winning number, I did send my name and phone number, and then I received calls to rush me up and more details e-mail to fill the claming form, all the time Nokia logos are used, now the final e-mail I got after sending a copy of my passport and a residant address, they sent me this note :
NOTE: YOUR FUNDS ARE COMING FROM THE NOKIA PAYMENT CENTER ASSIGNED TO YOUR NETWORK IN THE UK AND THIS MEANS THAT YOU ARE DEALING WITH THE PAY-CENTER UK OFFICE ONLY AND NOT THE PAKISTANFFICE. YOUR COURIER PAYMENT IS GOING TO BE SENT TO THE DHL COURIER COMPANY IN THE UK WHO WILL BE DELIVERING TO YOU IN 24HOURS AS SOON AS THEY GET A CONFIRMATION OF YOUR PAYMENT. AND ANY ATTEMPT TO CREATE PROBLEMS FOR YOUR COURIER SERVICE DELIVERY, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM YOUR CATEGORY AND MIGHT FORE FIT YOUR WINNINGS AND BE REGARDED AS NOT THE RIGHTFUL OWNER OF THAT MOBILE NUMBER. SO YOU ARE ADVISED TO ACT AS INSTRUCTED SO THAT YOUR WON PRIZE CAN GET TO YOU AT THE STIPULATED TIME.

they said to me that You have been instructed by the ad-hoc committee to make the payment of £290.00 Pounds (TWO HUNDRED AND NINTY GBP) via Western Union money transfer outlet close to you, to effect your payment to the Account officer in charge of the delivery of your parcel with the information below, so as to enable them initiate the delivery of your prize winnings to your stated address.

So befor I make payment I am kindly seeking your help to advise if this is a fake or ture

This is the third time repeated complaint for charger not supported
This is the third time repeated complaint for charger not supported. Two times the set has been send to the company for 15-15 days still the probem is same. Again the set is with nokia care abulane meerut for more than 8 days.

I've suffered a lot because of Nokia faulty set bought in 06/08; its repairs at its service centers, call centres misguidance, non productive e-mail complaints and now struggling at local UP consumer forums at Bareilly. Nokia is known for delaying tactics in courts, bribing out forum members etc..Let us unite and form a viable legal platform and act decisively against Nokia in central consumer redress forum at Delhi. ARE YOU WITH ME ? PLEASE SAY YES OR NO AND IF YOU KNOW SOME ONE WHO HAS SUFFERED EQUALLY AND WISHES TO BE PART OF OUR TEAM THEN SPREAD THE WORD SO THAT WE CAN UNITE AGAINST THIS INJUSTICE.

Do not want to repair my Nokia instrument
The instrument was getting hanged frequently, so being in warranty period I took it to Nokia Care at Khanda Colony on 4th Sept 09.After Preliminary testing the instrument at the centre I was told the instrument was having SOFTWARE PROBLEM & physical condition of the instrument is OK because as per NOKIA if the instrument is physically damaged/battery damaged/water damaged the warranty stands cancelled. Since the physical condition of the instrument was OK it was sent to NOKIA factory as per the centre.

On 19th when I have contacted the centre the answer given is the instrument is WATER DAMAGED & has been sent back by the factory on 17th & would be reaching them by 20th. During the period the centre has never given any feedback on the status of the instrument. So can a instrument which is in good physical condition develop a problem or IS THE COMPANY TRYING TO FOOL THE CUSTOMER AS IT HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM & HAS DOES NOT WANT TO GIVE REPLACEMENT NEW HANDSET.

Near about 3 weeks has passed there is no response from the dealer
The blue tooth menu was not functioning. This was given to the dealer where from we have purchased the set. It is Kankurgachi, Kolkata. The set was purchesed on 29.05.09. The problem detected on 1st week of June 2009 and handed over to the dealer to take necessery action as the set was very new and also under warrenty.

Near about 3 weeks has passed there is no responce from the dealer. They have only inform us that the set was sent to Chennai but no responce they have received from their Chennai office.

Please tell aftr investing Rs7000/= where we are standing? I want my money back immidiately.

After 5 days have passed they didn't give service mobile and any answer
On 22nd june i rushed to your service center for my Mobile 7210c complain, they checked and tell me that after one hour we deliverd your mobile instrument.After two hours they told me that we call latter in noon, but they donot ring me.hence i go tocenter and asked about my inst. they told me inst.send ro company and get repaired within 10 days.when i asked about service mobile they told me that inquire tommorow. After 5 days had been passed they didn't give service mobile and any answer.He also told me on 27th june that you may contct any our Head officials as well as any AUTHORITY for you complain. I AM HELPLESS AS OUR CRORE OF CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASE NOKIA BRAND FOR THEIR SERVICE EXCELLENCE.

I have been visited nearly 5 to 6 times till now but am not receiving response properly from them
Mobile given to Nokia Care centre on 25-May-2009. Delivery was on the next day but till date-04-June-2009 mobile not recvd. I have been visited nearly 5 to 6 times till now but am not receiving response properly from them.

Dear Sir,

I had purchased cell phone model no. nokia-1209 on 12.02.2010 from MS Gurukripa Everfresh vide bill no. 268 dt. 12.02.2010 for Rs. 1750/-. Recently, my cell phone stopped working, as I lodged complaint in frencizee of nokia company at Indore MS Gayatri Communication, after one-two days MS Gayatri Communication communicated me that the mobile phone model no. 1209 which IMEI no. 3552243716758 is not repairable as there found some sort of liquid inside. I swear there had no mishandling on my part and it was never took outside in rainy season nor it had been mishandled by me or knowingly or unknowling there is no possibility of being induction of liquid inside the mobile.I hereby lodge complaint against the replacement of my cellphone model no. mNokia-1209.I hereby attach proof of purchasing of mobile alongwith delivery note from MS Gayatri commnication, Indore expressing their inability of repair the same. You are requested to kindly advise MS Gurikripa everfresh to replace the mobile
