Please kindly vertify this promo which I have doubt??? My details:

Hi sir,
I m using 5800xpressmusic i have issue in this phone its in warranty.its getting overheat while charging and while continusly talking.
I went nokia care in Ashok nagar chennai. I explained my complaint to customer support staff in Ashok nagar name is Mr.ARUL KUMARAN.
After explain every thing he said "we will take twenty five days to service this handset".
I asked why u r taking long time to repaird this handset he said "my head office not given to take this handset for service".
i cant understand what he saying..I speaking with him very politely and i m asking can u help me please i can give only a weekdays time.
After that i waiting in care centre to meet centre manager Miss. Devibala.

Afer ten minute Mr.Arul kumaran came and said "if u buy buletooth from me we can service your handset with in a week days.
Other wise we cant help you and if you go other service centre they will also take twenty five days, So you have to buy a bluetooth then only we can service your handset".
Then i left from out from service centre.

can i buy bluetooth or any accessories from nokia service centre for service my mobile phone in warranty period?.

Can you help where service my nokia mobile please give good service centre and Ingenuous sevice centre.
