Hi sir, I m using 5800xpressmusic i have issue in this phone its in warranty.its getting overheat while charging and while continusly talking. I went nokia care in Ashok nagar chennai. I explained my complaint to customer support staff in Ashok nagar name is Mr.ARUL KUMARAN. After explain every thing he said "we will take twenty five days to service this handset".
