mobile lost
I have lost my cell at andheri(w) near pawai (INDIA). One 20-25 year boy has snatched my cell from my pocket.
I have all the data ion my cell phone.

My phone model was nokia n 73.

False & mileading information
When I was in Singapore on 30 October 2009 my Nokia phone stopped working so I went to the Ion Nokia store. It was suggested a new phone would provide immediate mobile access. My first question was whether a Nokia phone purchased in Singapore would be fully operational in Australia. I was assured that it was.

Therefore I purchased the top of the range Nokia N97 $959.00. I was told that it had full Australian customer service support with only a small charge for any warranty related problems.

Upon return to Australia the phone stopped functioning so I contacted customer service. It was confirmed that the phone is not fully functional and will not work on the Telstra Next G phone network. With no assistance from Nokia customer service I wrote to Nokia Australia on 4 November 2009 and the Nokia Group in Finland on 5 November 2009.

Nokia Australia responded yesterday to advise it was not their problem. In essence Ion Nokia have made false and misleading statements in relation to the sale of the Nokia N97 and I should pursue Ion Nokia for a refund.

I have asked Nokia customer service for the details to return the phone for a refund on several occasions but there is no response.

Therefore I require a refund for this misrepresented Nokia N97.

Tuch scrine not working properly
My mobail is 5800 Xmusic problem is tuch scrine is not wor king properly and networis not conecting ( Igaved 3 times for repair it s stiil having same problem it s under warranty but SOL Genral treding pepel are taking my moilfor repair and keping with them 2to 3 day and formating and giving me back )Some times when i m reciving call Its going to silent (some times when im opening key pad its going to phone book(menu we can see somany folders Like calender contact, log, internet, messaging, Etc... when im opening calender -then LOG will open /internet then gallery will open /like that its hapensce since till i purcheced this mobail ...

poor customer service
i sent a 3600 slide in because it would not power up. i received a new replacement phone but it wont recharge and shows "charger not supported". i called Nokia and they did some diagnosis. they told me i had to send the phone in again and that i had to pay for the shippind again. i informed them that i would not pay for shipping again since i just sent it in last week. i was told there was no other options. i asked to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold. i waited on hold for 30 minutes, then hung-up. i tried again and was placed on hold again for 10 minutes waiting for a supervisor. i tried agian and was on hold for another 30 minutes waiting for a supervisor before i hunp-up. not only is this the worst customer service i have ever experienced, why on earth would Nokia make me pay again for an issue they should have corrected the first time i paid to send their phone in? why don't you have people send in the phone, battery and charger all at once to see if everything is working properly? why doesn't Nokia have a complaint line that customer can call? after alot of searching, i found a corporate headquarters phone number and will follow up there to. what can you do to help?

Poor performance
I had bought Nokia 5800 XM from the Mobile Store, Nalasopara(W) on 26th March'2009. It was working fine n i updated the software twice..I had downloaded a lot of songs n other applications thru wi-fi. the prob now is it isn't showing any songs in the gallery though it shows around 800 songs in the memory card. And no song gets added to Music player though it shows 'refereshing' for hours. the cell hangs n gets automatically switched off a no. of times.. What could be the solution??Can anyone help??

hello, i got a message on my phone, that i am a winner of the 42nd aniversary of nokia, and i emailed back, they sent me an email with the form and the act of Mr Anderson .J. Maxwell, i dont know if it is true or false, please, let me know, because this email contained Mr Anderson .J. Maxwell's act copy and this is a very serious provement!

Sms Scam
i received an sms saying "Dear Mobile Phn Subscriber your Mob. No. has won 1, 000, 000 in the NOKIA MOBILE PROMOTION 2009 for claims email: [email protected], +233-273-178-798."...i sent an email already but then decided to do a little research on the "Nokia Promotions" and ended up hia!!.. this should be STOPPED!!!... the message was sent from +233543900512.

FAKE SMS
I got a SMS from NOKIA stating that in NOKIA/UK PROMO my mobile .NO 09879047085 has been awarded 430, 000.oo pounds with REF NO :ML 10002BN. I wanted to know wether this is true or its just a fake SMS. Whatever may be the result please reply back to me, so that I can put this word to whomever I know.

"No Network coverage" manufacturing defect
Nokia Care

I had bought the Nokia phone(5130), IMEI NO - 358229030393014, Battery No - Q37305GD07617, Bill no - 006001 from Nokia priority dealer (PLANET INFOCOM - D154, kamla nagar, Delhi 7) on 17th October.

I regret to inform you that i am facing the problem within the first week of purchase. this handset is unable to catch the network signals i even searched the operator manually but it shows "no network coverage", on my other phones with same brand and same service provider shows the full network in same area, this shows the problem is within the phone and their is no network problem(which i assumed earlier).

I even contact the same dealer but instead of understanding the problem they back fired me, telling my handling was rough but their is not even single scratch on my phone, So this reaction is very baseless.

I am very dissappointed with this. I am a student so i can't run here and there for this manufacturing defect.

I faced the similar problem earlier with your Nokia 5200 model purchased on 29thJuly 2007 with IMEI No - 356300012465724.

But still i trust your brand and purchased another phone of your brand only but now this is the end, i w'l strongly recommend others also not to trust NOKIA products

I request you to either replace the product with a functioning new product or refund my money within one week.

I have always been let down by all of your products in the past but hoping this time NOKIA would not let me down. I look forward to your immediate action on this occasion.
