Push to cash check and send Money

Sent Award claim notification of North American Lottery held on 17th of Jan. Claims that I have won $55500 and sent me an advance check of $3500 drawn on Capitol One Bank. A Mr Zack Usman made contact by phone with instructions to cash the check and then send $2500 to an address to pay the IRS taxes. A Michael Bradley of 303 Carson Ave Las Vgas, NV contacted me on this date with furthur info and pleaded with me to cash this check and notify him when I did. He also stated that I should send the $2500 to a Mr Joe Rio of 2940 Rio Grande Dr Antioth, Ca. 94509. In addition he told me that my prize of a Mercedes was a t 495 Arthur St. Hartwell, GA 30673. Believe this is a scam. Will not send any Money.

Award Claim

Received award letter for a lottery hdle on April 4th 2010 in the 2nd category at New York Casino. With a check to pay for taxes. Mr. Usman was the contact person and signed by Barbara Hudson, Promotion Manager. This company is send letters with a Canadia stamp that has not be cancelled by the US Postal Service. What a scam! Company address: 2500 Fifth Ave, New York, NY 10020, Tel. 1-647-686-0383.
