Sent Award claim notification of North American Lottery held on 17th of Jan. Claims that I have won $55500 and sent me an advance check of $3500 drawn on Capitol One Bank. A Mr Zack Usman made contact by phone with instructions to cash the check and then send $2500 to an address to pay the IRS taxes. A Michael Bradley of 303 Carson Ave Las Vgas, NV contacted me on this date with furthur info and pleaded with me to cash this check and notify him when I did.
