Our old computer crashed and we bought a new one. Had no way of contacting Norton by phone so went to website and clicked reinstall Norton security. We were charged for a year of security when we actually had over 8 months left on the Norton security we bought on 8-31-09. Our credit card was billed for $109.98 on 12-07-09 and we should be credited or refunded the $109.98.

I could not load your product and after numerous attempts to do so and to find online help with out success, I have removed norton from my computer and relpaced it with another product. I am requesting a refund of my payments of $59.99 and $9.99 by debit card on 8/03/09.
