I did not authorize them to put 49.99 on my mastercard. can not get through on phone to complaine and take it off.

I do not have Norton. I did not authorize this transaction. I was charged 42.49. I do not understand how they can do it without my perisson!!! I will try to get my money back.

I did not purchase this item of Norton Anti Virus Renewal as a matter of fact I do not have the Internet anymore.

Beside the item on my Capital One bill was this number which I tried to reach but it would not go through 877-294-5265 CA
This was put on my bill on July 31, 2008. I want you to give me a complete credit back to my account and cancel this forever never to be put on my account again immediately.

I was charged a fee of $69.47 for 'Norton Annual Renewal" It has an Ontario phone number 877-294-5265 to call on my credit card receipt but I have no access to it. I have not received the Norton program via e-mail or in the mail and it is due to be updated!
