My Norton anti-virun subscription ran out 11/19/08-I did not realize that it was being charged automatically to my credit card-so my husband went on-line and renewed under his credit card. When we received the double bill I called and was informed that the charge to my husbands card, which was $48.98 would be returned to us in a check in 5-7 weeks. We received a check on 1/12 for $31.99-we would like the rest of the money returned also. I have called the 800 number twice and was informed by a recording that the wait was 30 minutes-I waited 50 minutes and had to leave, I called again and am still on the phone waiting 32 minutes later-I find your customer service department really stinks. I called the phone number on the check and received a return call 2 days later that I had to call the number I had tried already and no one ever answers the phone. Is it POSSIBLE to talk to a human being and get an aswer to my questions??
