My Norton anti-virun subscription ran out 11/19/08-I did not realize that it was being charged automatically to my credit card-so my husband went on-line and renewed under his credit card. When we received the double bill I called and was informed that the charge to my husbands card, which was $48.98 would be returned to us in a check in 5-7 weeks. We received a check on 1/12 for $31.99-we would like the rest of the money returned also.
