Basically the same thing has happened to me, yeah they get you with the .99 cent "free" trial, then literally 15 pages into the terms and conditions you'll find in the tiniest print possible the $79.98 charge! Talk about false advertisement. The customer service line is a JOKE! They were no help at all and kept repeating themselves over and over, I wonder just how many calls like this they get in a day? When I called my credit card company to try and dispute the charges and cancel the credit card completely (they've shown just how shady they are I did not want them having any access to my credit card account) the woman from my credit card company told me she alone has seen 500 cases of this in the past year and that the company keeps changing it's name!! She also told me that it was lucky I called and canceled the card because shes seen many people get charged another $160.00 two or three months later for some bogus "terms and conditions" explanation, so make sure you do this if you're reading this!!! I'm completely disgusted with the way this is advertised and dealt with. They obviously know exactly what they are doing and continue to purposely SCAM people.
