Basically the same thing has happened to me, yeah they get you with the .99 cent "free" trial, then literally 15 pages into the terms and conditions you'll find in the tiniest print possible the $79.98 charge! Talk about false advertisement. The customer service line is a JOKE! They were no help at all and kept repeating themselves over and over, I wonder just how many calls like this they get in a day?
