I ordered Acai Berry Topic, I received Natura Cleanse instead on the 12th of December 09. I emailed immediatley to cancel as I didn't receive what I ordered. I received a response email the same day stating they will respond shortly. On the 15th I received confirmation that my order was cancelled. NEVER were there terms & conditions to this when I ordered the product, however on the bottom of their response email there were terms & conditions, at which time the trial period expired, they debited my Credit Card $88.94, I called the number on the packing slip (not dated too by the way) no answer. I called my credit card company and they gave me a different number to call, I called I was on hold for over 20 minutes, finally recieved a person and they said there is nothing they could do as the trial period expired. Again there were no terms & conditions anywhere prior to my emailing stating I didn't want the product. Only after they responded to my cancellation did I see any & they responded after the trial period. This should be against the law. I canceled immediatley upon receiving the package in the mail, same day right after opening it and seeing it was a different product than what I ordered, but yet I have to loose $88.94, I don't know about you but that it a lot of money to me to loose! This isn't right and there needs to be awareness and it needs to be stopped. Is there anything we can do to get our money back?
