I ordered Acai Berry Topic, I received Natura Cleanse instead on the 12th of December 09. I emailed immediatley to cancel as I didn't receive what I ordered. I received a response email the same day stating they will respond shortly. On the 15th I received confirmation that my order was cancelled.
