I too bought a faulty hot tub from these scammers I however got help by contacting my credit card company and by filing a complaint with them I was refunded my money I was lucky. However a few weeks ago I was on this website trying to figure out my controls because I haven't been sucessful at this I got a half----
manual when I purchased it, I forget who it was who said they had one and they had downloaded it for someone else and I was able to download it too. there were several pages on the controls that were in the one I downloaded tha tI didn't have in mine but unfortnately I'm still not able to figure out how to properly set the FLON and the setting of the circulation pump if you no how to do this please help I would greatly appreciate some help
