I too bought a faulty hot tub from these scammers I however got help by contacting my credit card company and by filing a complaint with them I was refunded my money I was lucky. However a few weeks ago I was on this website trying to figure out my controls because I haven't been sucessful at this I got a half---- manual when I purchased it, I forget who it was who said they had one and they had downloaded it for someone else and I was able to download it too. there were several pages on the controls that were in the one I downloaded... read full review »
