An unknown $8.23 (voicemail anywhere, VM) charge showed up on our residential phone bill for the 2nd month. We contact our provider, VERIZON, who says they can't stop the charges, but they will freeze the amount owed so it won't show as an overdue balance. Verizon gives us a number for OAN to request that they cancel the service and reverse the charges. That number, of course, doesn't allow us access to the company. The YBS website lists an 800 number that immediately says "thank you, goodbye" upon connecting. The YBS website also lists two different PO boxes for customer service/canceling service; one in MN and one in NC. This kind of crap ought to be illegal!
