An unknown $8.23 (voicemail anywhere, VM) charge showed up on our residential phone bill for the 2nd month. We contact our provider, VERIZON, who says they can't stop the charges, but they will freeze the amount owed so it won't show as an overdue balance. Verizon gives us a number for OAN to request that they cancel the service and reverse the charges. That number, of course, doesn't allow us access to the company.
