I have tried for 6mos to get ahold of this company to cancel my account with them. Unable to get any anwsers at the phone # listed on line in NY for the coorporate office. I wrote a letter asking them to cancel my account with no response. I got a email listed on one of the complaint site from their Customer Serv. Dept. telling another person to email them about their complaint and they would take care of the issue. I emailed them asking them to cancel my account only to get response from my email site stating there was no such email address. This company to me is just a rip off and something should be done about the way they do business. I have contacted my credit card company and got my card cancelled so they can not charge anymore on my account.
