I have tried for 6mos to get ahold of this company to cancel my account with them. Unable to get any anwsers at the phone # listed on line in NY for the coorporate office. I wrote a letter asking them to cancel my account with no response. I got a email listed on one of the complaint site from their Customer Serv. Dept. telling another person to email them about their complaint and they would take care of the issue.
