predatory lending
i have been fighting a wrongful foreclosure and have been in court with this predatory lender for three years. they hired a high powered foreclosure mill company called possetivo and associated in the middle of my case to take over. they pride their selves in getting the job done. foreclosure that is by any means. i was improperly served in the very beginning. they have forged paperwork, robo signed documents, forced place insurance the whole package with this ocwen. the judges are so overwhelmed with all of these cases it seems they are not taking the time to read the paperwork, so basically i am gathering information and fighting for myself. i am in appellate court now but it had to be worded exactly right and you can produce any evidaence in appellate court. i advise anyone to fight against ocwen. first step is file a complaint with the federal trade commission right away. i did a few months back. i found out today that on march 10th the federal trade commission is now investigating ocwen for robosigning and other predatory tactics. i need help quick. my appellate case number is 1-10-0891. they never answered their phone, wait times of 160 minutes or more. they only offered forbearance plans, never would give me a loan modification. this week i will holding off the sheriff and trying to get a stay in court. if anyone can help. my first defence i found out i was in foreclosure days befor the special proccess server was appointed. how can that be. i can prove all my defences if i can just hold off the sheriff.

Fraud
Ocwen, main office in India, does Not know how to do business in the US. Qcwen illegally acquired my late Mothers debt consolidation loan from "New Century", now out of business under that name, because of lawsuits. (they just reopened under a New Name). After my Mother's death, in 2006, I continued to pay Qcwen, and let them "modify" the loan to include Full Coverage Insurance and taxes in June 2008. By September 2008 I was paying the "modified" amount, only to find out after Hurricaine Ike, I was told I still had "forced place" Insurance. The rest of the horror story, is too much to give step by step, but Ocwen, keeps asking for my deceased Mother and told me last week, (Feb.2011) "not to worry, they have an arrangement in Texas to "Force the placement of Insurance" They do not even know what that means. The truth is I now own the property, and I am in a house with mold, lead, molded fiberglass insulation and a bad roof, that was just replaced in 2002. This house is Not Insurable, and not safe to live in, and Ocwen does not even have a mortgage, they are falsely adding charges for inspections, they do not know the electricity and plumbing is bad and I am under a Doctor's care for allergies. My late Mother's last gift to me is not really safe to live in, and Ocwen, does not have a clue.
