Ocwen, main office in India, does Not know how to do business in the US. Qcwen illegally acquired my late Mothers debt consolidation loan from "New Century", now out of business under that name, because of lawsuits. (they just reopened under a New Name). After my Mother's death, in 2006, I continued to pay Qcwen, and let them "modify" the loan to include Full Coverage Insurance and taxes in June 2008.
