These guys are terrible to deal with. It took 13 emails, 5 faxes and dozens of phone calls to get them to just confirm recipient information (date, address). Most times I called the phone was never answered. I was given 4 different emails for customer service, 4 telephone numbers and 2 different fax numbers. I dealt with them from Sept 2008 when I bought tickets to Jeventus v AC Milan for May 10 2009.
On the 9th of May the tickets arrived and they were not seated together. I called them and their immediate response was so what, you should have followed the terms and conditions.
No where in their T's & C's does it state you must specify that you wish to have 2 seats together. we paid 370 Euro for the tickets and they were sell apart.
Interestingly their T's & C's do say the following:
"Official-Tickets.com reserves the right to change these TERMS at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the SITE."
"All sales are final. Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations."
I highly recommend not using this site and informing as many people as you can of the same.
