It took 13 emails, 5 faxes and dozens of phone calls to get them to just confirm recipient information (date, address). Most times I called the phone was never answered. I was given 4 different emails for customer service, 4 telephone numbers and 2 different fax numbers. I dealt with them from Sept 2008 when I bought tickets to Jeventus v AC Milan for May 10 2009.
