I would never do business with Midland National Life (whose parent company is Sammons Financial Group). Their history re: insurance sales practices concern me greatly! I am looking elsewhere for insurance coverage.

The main office for Midland National Life is in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, but in addition to a RECENT LOCAL LAWSUIT, there have been ADDITIONAL LAWSUITS filed against them.

In 2007 in Minnesota, the State Attorney Generals Office filed against Midland National Life Insurance Company, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, alleging the company was making inappropriate long-term

annuity sales to seniors. What a rotten thing to do to our parents and grandparents!

There have been similar class action lawsuits filed against them in California, Iowa, Hawaii, and Rhode Island. They have been fined in Arizona twice as well.
