I would never do business with Midland National Life (whose parent company is Sammons Financial Group). Their history re: insurance sales practices concern me greatly! I am looking elsewhere for insurance coverage. The main office for Midland National Life is in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, but in addition to a RECENT LOCAL LAWSUIT, there have been ADDITIONAL LAWSUITS filed against them.
