Cancelled Order

I purchased 2 snuggies and a pair of pants. One snuggie was actually sent to my mother. I waited for my order to arrive and nothing. I contacted by email and got this stupid email that said check online. Even when i did it stated the order was in process. So i waited again. Yesterday i checked again and sure enough still says in process. So i called and now i am told that i used a promotional code that was from chadwick and they weren't honoring it. SO instead of emailing me and notifying me of this issue they just decided to cancel the order without telling me. Now i shouldn't be mad because my mother got a free snuggie but i am because this is bad business. If there is a problem with an order then you call the customer and help them decide if they would like to pay the difference or cancel the order. You just don't tell the customer... I will never purchase from them again. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Merchant error

I order 2 pair of leggings one black and one gold. I received both in black. With this merchant there is no way to verify color choice at check out. I called and all the company is willing to do is say "I'm Sorry". I told the customer service rep, Autumn that this had happened to me before and I accepted the error. I told Autumn that I was a frequent customer and I spent over $600 in the past month. I told her sorry was not good enough and that I would discontinue my online shopping with their chain of stores.
