I purchased 2 snuggies and a pair of pants. One snuggie was actually sent to my mother. I waited for my order to arrive and nothing. I contacted by email and got this stupid email that said check online. Even when i did it stated the order was in process. So i waited again. Yesterday i checked again and sure enough still says in process. So i called and now i am told that i used a promotional code that was from chadwick and they weren't honoring it.
