I entered a "free trial" program to recieve a Grants for Citizens Kit. The trial was for three days. I was to recieve access to an online database of grants, resource center and helpline for the three day period. I never recieved the online website for the database and started calling to cancel the second day. I was on hold for several hours over the course of the next few days, but was never able to reach them to cancel. On the fourth day they charged my account 39.95 for membership to the website I never recieved. I finally reached them the third day to cancel and was told they were perfectly within their rights to do this even though the advertisement says call "anytime 24 hours a day 7 days a week to cancel".
