I entered a "free trial" program to recieve a Grants for Citizens Kit. The trial was for three days. I was to recieve access to an online database of grants, resource center and helpline for the three day period. I never recieved the online website for the database and started calling to cancel the second day. I was on hold for several hours over the course of the next few days, but was never able to reach them to cancel.
