Ontime electronics was the worst company to do business with. They left me stranded on christmas with no gift to give to my daughter. When I called to confirm delivery the always gave me the run around. Never once did they tell me that they never shipped the item to begin with. After numerous calls, right up until two days before christmas, they finally said that they never shipped it or order the item and that they were out of stock. We now will have to tell our daughter that Santa couldn't get her gift to her on christmas morning and she will have to open a picture of what she will get when a store in our area has one in stock!!! I will never shop on line do to this experience. It taught me that unless I can physically see than I will not buy it.
