Ontime electronics was the worst company to do business with. They left me stranded on christmas with no gift to give to my daughter. When I called to confirm delivery the always gave me the run around. Never once did they tell me that they never shipped the item to begin with. After numerous calls, right up until two days before christmas, they finally said that they never shipped it or order the item and that they were out of stock.
