I have had my carpets cleaned for almost 30 years and this is the worst company I have ever dealt with in any capacity. They came out to clean our carpets. They looked great at the time they left. Then the stains started coming back. We called to have them come back. I was dealing with some family issues out of state and by the time they came back, they accused me of making the new stains. One of the rooms was not even used. My boys room has been done twice now and still looks terrible. Most companies will tell you ahead of time if there is a stain they think will be difficult but these were all ordinary stains (we don't have pets) Then, what really made me mad was the rude customer service. I have never ever been treated that way by a company. It is unacceptable. I don't know how they get any repeat customers.
