I have had my carpets cleaned for almost 30 years and this is the worst company I have ever dealt with in any capacity. They came out to clean our carpets. They looked great at the time they left. Then the stains started coming back. We called to have them come back. I was dealing with some family issues out of state and by the time they came back, they accused me of making the new stains.
