After 6 months of working for this company and trying to get employees paid, I finally quit. Each pay period the checks would not be signed on time, from 3-7 days late, then they would be NSF. This happened to many employees, then I had to file with the labor board and I am still waiting for my last paycheck. Not only did I spend my money for a tax wage report but the company never paid me back for that. The Labor Board would send notices and they would not even be opened.

The owner is opening 2 new business, one by the name of Baltic Security Agency, and Radiance Home Health Care. This way the owner can collect more money not pay employees, nor taxes that are withheld, and when I left did not even have a current workmans comp. policy.
