After 6 months of working for this company and trying to get employees paid, I finally quit. Each pay period the checks would not be signed on time, from 3-7 days late, then they would be NSF. This happened to many employees, then I had to file with the labor board and I am still waiting for my last paycheck. Not only did I spend my money for a tax wage report but the company never paid me back for that. The Labor Board would send notices and they would not even be opened.
